Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

At Pettycot, all sales are final.

We currently do not offer returns, exchanges, replacements, or refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.

We request customers to carefully review product details, size charts, colors, and images before placing an order. For any clarification, please contact us before purchasing.

Exceptions

Returns or refunds will only be considered in rare cases where:

A damaged product is received, or
An incorrect item is delivered

To raise a request, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
Clear photos or videos showing the issue

After verification, we will assist you accordingly.

Discounted or sale items are not eligible for return or refund
