At Pettycot, we aim to deliver your orders in a safe and timely manner. We currently ship across India using DTDC and other reliable courier partners depending on service availability.


ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Processing time does not include shipping/transit time.


SHIPPING TIME

  • Estimated delivery time is 4–8 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier partner, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Remote or rural locations may require additional delivery time.


SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

  • Any promotional free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.


COURIER PARTNERS

We ship orders using DTDC or other trusted courier services based on serviceability and delivery efficiency.

Courier partner selection is at our discretion.


TRACKING INFORMATION

  • Once your order is shipped, the tracking ID will be shared via WhatsApp, email, or SMS, using the contact details provided at checkout.

  • Tracking updates are handled by the courier partner, and there may be delays in status updates beyond our control.


DELIVERY ISSUES

Pettycot is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier partners

  • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

  • Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability

  • Natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or other events beyond our control

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address or repeated delivery failure, re-shipping charges may apply.


DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

If a shipment is lost in transit, we will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate. Resolution will depend on the courier’s investigation outcome.


ADDRESS CHANGES

Address changes are not guaranteed once an order is placed. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before checkout.
