Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. Once an order is placed and confirmed, cancellations may not be possible.

If we cancel or modify an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided.

SECTION 4 – RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS

All sales at Pettycot are final.

We do not offer returns, exchanges, replacements, or refunds, except in the rare case where:

  • A damaged product is received, or

  • An incorrect item is delivered

To raise such a request, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo or video proof. Approval is at our sole discretion.

Discounted or sale items are not eligible for return or refund.

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice.

Since we are currently a small, unregistered startup, prices do not include GST.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout.

SECTION 6 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed over to the delivery partner.
